Northeastern University’s School of Nursing in Burlington, MA invites applications for Open Rank Clinical Professor positions across maternity, mental health, medical-surgical, and pediatric nursing.
Faculty will teach prelicensure programs, mentor students, and contribute to curriculum development while advancing simulation-based teaching and research in a diverse, global student population.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in nursing or related field by start date.
- MSN in nursing by start date.
- Massachusetts RN license by start date.
- Clinical expertise in listed content areas.
- Simulation certification or INACSL training preferred for simulation roles.
- Associate Clinical Professor or higher requires 5+ years academic or equivalent experience.
Responsabilités
- Teach undergraduate prelicensure nursing courses in classroom, lab, simulation and clinical settings.
- Develop and evaluate curriculum aligned with AACN Essentials and NCLEX-RN.
- Advise and mentor students; contribute to department and university service.
- Engage in teaching across content areas: maternal-newborn, mental health, medical-surgical, pediatrics.
