Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Open Pit Surveyor II or III to join our mining team. You will provide precise surveying support for the open pit operation under the Chief Surveyor, contributing to safety and efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Reporting to the Chief Surveyor, you will perform surveying tasks, lead in basic field activities, and support continuous improvement for our mining operations across Nevada.

Qualifications

• Open pit mining survey experience preferred.
• Leadership and good interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to walk on uneven ground in all weather conditions.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proven safe work record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-level of accurate surveying to the Mining Group as part of the open pit mining operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
