Qualifications:

• Strong observation and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Availability for various shifts, including nights/weekends
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
• Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience (preferred, not required)
• Armed roles require proper certification/licensing
• Valid PA guard card (or willingness to obtain)
