Securitas is seeking a dependable Security Officer for a data center construction site in Chantilly, VA. You will help safeguard valuable equipment, monitor the site, and enforce access control to ensure only authorized personnel enter.

The position offers 12-hour shifts (day or night), weekly pay, growth opportunities, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. Training is provided, and prior security experience is welcome but not required.

Location: 14200 Park Meadow Drive, Suite 350‑S, Chantilly, VA 20151

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 5:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and professional Security Officers to provide on‑site security at a construction site. This role is critical in safeguarding valuable equipment and maintaining a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and protect sensitive equipment
• Control access and ensure only authorized personnel enter the site
• Identify and report suspicious activity

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Requirements

• Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring security and safety of property and personnel
• Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, with occasional climbing of stairs and walking on uneven terrain
• Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Experience

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service, or hospitality industry experience, you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide training and everything you need for a successful introduction to a career in security.
