Benedictine is seeking CNAs committed to high-quality, compassionate care for our residents. As a CNA-NAR you will operate on the front lines, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect while supporting daily life choices.

We are hosting open interviews for CNAs, LPNs, RNs, and Resident Assistants. Join us Thursday, Oct. 29, 12:30pm–3:30pm; interviews guaranteed on the spot. Benedictine is a non-profit senior care organization with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• The CNA provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN.
• Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct resident care and reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Charting in the POC system.
• Demonstrate time management and task prioritization.
