Job summary

Benedictine Health System is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team serving residents in our facilities. You will deliver direct resident care, report condition changes to nursing leadership, and document care in our POC system with attention to accuracy and empathy.

Open Interviews for CNAs, LPNs, RNs and Resident Assistants are scheduled; Thursday, Oct. 29th, 12:30pm-3:30pm, with interviews guaranteed on the spot.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
