Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is hosting a FLEX Customer Service Security Officer in-person hiring event in the Seattle area. Join our team for a flexible schedule with 40+ hours per week potential, earning $28.90 per hour.

Requirements include a resume, business casual attire, and availability for a Wednesday 9am–12pm interview window. Position involves patrolling, securing entrances, de-escalation, and daily client interactions across Bellevue/Redmond or Seattle sites.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ years security and 1+ years customer service experience.
• Ability to conduct patrols throughout shift.

Responsibilities

FLEX Customer Service Security Officer – In Person Hiring Event - WEDNESDAY WALKIN INTERVIEWS!!

Hiring Event Location:

Time:

Every Wednesday from 9am-12pm

Job Site Location:

Bellevue/Redmond, WA OR Seattle, WA

Wage:

$28.90/Hour

Available Shifts:

Flex - (weekly schedule will fluctuate) eligible to work 40+ hpw

DISCLOSURE:

To maintain a quality hiring experience, our team can only accommodate a maximum of 12-15 interviews per day. We appreciate the understanding of candidates who may need to return on another day if capacity has been reached.

What Your Day May Look Like

• Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Secure entrances / exits.
• Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
• Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
• Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
• Standard computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have 1+ years security & 1+ years customer service/hospitality experience.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
• Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
