Job summary
Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN seeks an Open Heart Surgical Technologist. You will assist in intraoperative care, scrub during procedures, and ensure compassionate patient care across ages. Requires graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician program and active certification, with BLS current.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician program.
- Surgical Technician certification required.
- BLS Certification current.
- 1 year of surgery experience preferred in Open heart, General, GYN, Urology, Plastics and Orthopedics.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of development, assessment, and care for patients across ages.
- Promote customer service initiatives.
- Function as scrub person during operative procedures.
- Perform technical skills and procedures.
- Assist in intra-operative care by performing technical duties as assigned.
- Deliver compassionate, holistic care while respecting patient rights and dignity.
