Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license in good standing.
- BSN preferred; MSN may be required if non-nursing degree.
- CPR/BLS certification; ACLS/PALS/NRP as required by unit.
Responsibilities
- Supervise patient care units and lead nursing staff.
- Coordinate staffing and assignments across shifts; participate in rounding and problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and Baptist Health South Florida objectives.
