Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in open heart recovery or critical care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs and implement interventions for postoperative cardiac patients.
• Establish and maintain a plan for delivering nursing care and coordinate with the care team.
• Provide family and patient education and support throughout the cardiac recovery journey.
