Job summary

College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy in Pinehurst, NC seeks an experienced RN to join the operating room team. You will perform physical assessments, coordinate care, and support a multidisciplinary staff while maintaining high standards of patient safety and service quality.

Overview

1. Ability to circulate OR different service cases/procedures.
2. Able to work long, and at times, flexible hours.
3. Demonstrates manual dexterity, hearing acuity, and verbal ability.
4. Displays ability for standing for extended periods of time, walking, lifting, bending, and stooping for most of the workday.
5. Involves exposure to blood/body fluids, hazardous material, radiations and communicable diseases.
6. Able to deal with frustration and stress appropriately. Remains calm under pressure.

Qualifications

1. Current North Carolina RN license or RN multi-state licensure privilege through the Nurse Licensure Compact required.
2. BSN preferred. To develop and maintain a highly educated registered nursing staff to meet the present and future demands of the nursing profession, employees who begin employment with FirstHealth of the Carolinas in a position that requires a registered nurse must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree within five (5) years of their employment date.
3. Minimum of two years OR experience required.
