Job summary

Resurrection Medical Center is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for the Operating Room on days with on-call requirements. You will prepare sterile supplies, maintain the sterile field, and assist the surgeon during procedures.

Required: ORT training or equivalent, 3+ years in surgical settings, CST certification, Open Heart experience, and BLS certification. Join a collaborative OR team and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent or related experience required for new hires.

Responsibilities

• The Certified Operating Room Tech is responsible for the preparation of sterile supplies and instruments for each assigned procedure, maintaining sterile field during case and providing surgeon with sterile supplies and instruments during assigned procedures.
• OR Tech experience highly preferred; Open Heart experience needed.
