Jackson Physician Search is recruiting a Cardiothoracic Surgeon for a private practice open-heart program in a diverse Chicago suburb, just 15 minutes from downtown. This full-time role offers a high-volume cardiac surgery environment with DaVinci available and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Experience in open-heart procedures.
• Leadership interest required.
• 1:4 rotation shared call.
• Ability to build thoracic case volume with robotic surgery.

Responsabilités

• Perform cardiothoracic surgeries including open-heart procedures.
• Maintain case volume of 150–200 hearts annually.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiology team.
• Participate in a 1:4 shared call rotation.
