Job summary

AOIA, a leading cardiothoracic surgery private practice, seeks a surgeon to lead our open-heart program on the shore of Lake Superior. This role offers a solid volume, mentorship, and a path for early career surgeons to develop skills.

Our team performs majority cardiac cases with some thoracic, leveraging the DaVinci system. Approximately 80–100 hearts annually per surgeon, with a light call burden in a single community setting. Full benefits and relocation are included.
