Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months prior retail management experience.
• Willing to obtain ServSafe certification if location requires it.

Responsibilities

• Maximize Customer Satisfaction and Sales by delivering Customer Service +1.
• Oversee work of shift personnel and train new associates.
• Ensure store operations, merchandising and safety standards are maintained.
• Organize time and priorities to support customer service and sales goals.
• Handle customer questions, complaints and returns promptly and professionally.
