Per Mar Security Services is seeking Flex Security Officers in the Quad City area.

* Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Also, must be eligible for a state security license, with no disqualifying criminal convictions.

Help make a difference in your community by working as a Security Officer with Per Mar Security Services!

We are looking for flex officers to work all shifts. Flex officers are assigned to temporary accounts, fill in for call-offs, vacations, and temporary vacancies.
Pay range is job dependent, but typically ranges between $16.00-$19.00 an hour.

Please Note: These positions do not guarantee a set amount of hours per week. Both available hours, and pay rate, are entirely dependent on operational needs.

Will be flexible with scheduling, be dependable, have excellent customer service skills, have great oral and written communication skills, and have a positive attitude!!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues
- Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security - Integrity, Communication, Excellent Service, and Accountability.
• Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
