The Tampa General Medical Group seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Open Access Primary Care in Westchase. The role aims to improve access, care transitions, and clinic throughput with same-day visits and post-hospital follow-up.

Florida APRN/PA licensure required; APRNs require FNP or dual Adult Gerontology Primary Care & Pediatrics certification. Minimum one year of APP experience. Full-time, on-site with after-hours rotation.

Qualifications

• Current Florida licensure as Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• FNP or dual Adult Gerontology Primary Care & Pediatrics board certification required for APRNs.
• At least one year of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive medical care across acute and chronic health conditions in Open Access setting.
• Support same-day access, post-hospital follow-up, pre-operative optimization, and care transitions with the care team.
