Job summary

Avenues for Homeless Youth in Minneapolis is seeking a Youth Support Specialist to provide essential support to youth in a structured environment. This hands-on role involves building positive relationships, supporting daily routines, and helping youth develop life skills. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and those with prior youth or human services experience are preferred.

The role requires working on-site, with shifts available during day and night. Part-time, hourly compensation is offered, ranging from $20.77 to $22.50 per hour, along with additional benefits to support staff well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or in human services preferred.
• Must be at least 24 years of age.
