Job summary

Rite of Passage is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Alachua Academy on-site in Gainesville, FL. You will coordinate daily medical activities for youth, support medical, psychiatric, and dental on-site teams, and maintain patient records with strict adherence to guidelines.

The role requires an RN license, 1–3 years of youth residential care experience preferred, and a commitment to safety and quality care in a 100% on-site setting.

Qualifications

• RN license required or active licensure in good standing.
• 1–3 years of experience working with youth in residential settings preferred.
• High School diploma or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the medical department for residents.
• Assist medical, psychiatric, and dental providers on-site or via telehealth.
• Maintain resident medical files and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Enforce facility rules, policies, and routines to support safety and care.
