Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Workplace Mental Health Consultant to provide individual therapy and management consultations for a large mass media and entertainment company in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on improving employee wellbeing, delivering trainings, and coordinating with HR to implement local action plans.

You must hold a Florida clinical license, have 3+ years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician, and be fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• You have an unrestricted license to practice psychotherapy in Florida.
• You have 3+ years post-graduate experience with at least 1 year as an independently licensed clinician.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English and able to deliver on-site services.
• You have training in delivering management consultations and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation and support to managers and HR to enhance wellbeing onsite at Orlando, FL.
• Deliver individual therapy to employees on site and/or virtually.
• Develop relationships with leaders and HR points of contact and execute local action plans.
• Conduct company-tailored trainings and promote Spring Health benefits.
• Assess risk, provide in-the-moment support, and triage safety planning as needed.
• Complete accurate documentation and participate in clinical team meetings.
