Job summary

HealthFitness in Colorado Springs is seeking a Fitness Program Manager to lead a dynamic onsite wellness program, manage daily operations, and create engaging initiatives for a close-knit member community.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 40-hour schedule (7am–3pm, flexible) with opportunities to grow leadership

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology or related discipline.
• 2+ years' related industry experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certifications required by start date (in-person component).
• Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT or NETA; within 30 days if not current.
• Ability to lead, manage and operate a fitness center.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all operational aspects of an on-site fitness program.
• Design and facilitate health & fitness programs and events.
• Supervise staff, provide training and development, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop outcomes-focused management reports and maintain data confidentiality.
• Ensure safety checks and conduct routine audits; address facility issues promptly.
• Collaborate with client and HealthFitness teams to roll out new programs.
