Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Iuka, Mississippi, is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator to provide essential logistics support on-site. The role is strictly on-site with a weekend night shift (3x12 hours).

You will prepare shipping documents, track inventories, coordinate with property management, assist Accounts Payable with invoices, and ensure parts pass Quality Incoming Inspection. Forklift experience and MS Office skills are preferred; a Secret clearance is required in

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years shipping/receiving/inventory experience.
• Ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and/or coordinating required shipping documentation.
• Storage, tracking, and issuing inventories.
• Coordinates with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Monitoring receipt of item at receipt and maintains shipment/receiving records.
• Assist Accounts Payable in processing Invoices by providing shipment information.
• Ensure received parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
• Ordering of needed shipping supplies
• Knowledge of Workbooks, procedures, and forms.
