Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 years).
• Basic knowledge of web languages, best practices and protocols.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a heavy web development workload and a large number of clients.
• Work within structured processes, standards and templates.
• Lead and manage a team while adhering to a process.
• Deal with difficult clients and stressful situations.
• Be familiar with web and social media tools and best practices.
