Job summary

Advantage Design Group in Jacksonville, FL is offering an on-site, full-time internship designed as an on-ramp to a full-time Developer I role. You will work directly with our developers on a production platform used by hundreds of institutions, with real code review and mentorship.

You will gain hands-on experience in C#/.NET, front-end tech (HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript), and SQL Server, with structured onboarding and access to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in C# and .NET through coursework, projects or prior internships.
• Strong front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Comfort using Visual Studio and rapid self-learning.
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions when stuck on problems.
• Nice-to-have exposure to Umbraco, SQL Server, TypeScript, Razor, MVC or Git.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features in C# and .NET on our production platform with real code review.
• Front end work in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript on interfaces users see.
• Work in Umbraco, the content system behind our platform.
• Write queries and learn the data behind the product in SQL Server.
• Learn accessibility and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
