Qualifications

• Five-plus years in financial-services client service or advisor support.
• Experience with new-business and account workflows in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality; compliant processing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain awareness of advisor priorities, deadlines, and client commitments.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, absences, and cross-team coverage.
• Serve as primary contact for routine client calls, emails, and service requests.
• Prepare and process new-business applications, maintenance, transfers, deposits, and related docs.
• Monitor work through completion and communicate timely status updates.
