Job summary

Envita Solutions, LLC is seeking an Onsite Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure safe, efficient management of the onsite by-product system at the facility. You will report to the Onsite Program Manager and coordinate with client staff and Envita teams to maintain high safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the sorting/handling/processing of plant by-products, conducting equipment inspections, training assigned employees, and supporting process

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent Experience.
• 1+ years Supervisor experience in a manufacturing/distribution/recycling facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies and maintaining safe operations.
• Report to the Onsite Program Manager and coordinate with internal teams and client staff.
• Oversee daily operations for sorting/handling/processing of plant by-products and ensure efficient production.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and supervise assigned employees.
• Train and audit staff, implement new processes, and support continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain professional relationships with client workforce and supplier subcontractors.
