Job summary

AmerisourceBergen Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Elizabethtown, PA. You will direct and develop warehouse teams, supervise receiving and shipping, and ensure accurate records and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

The role requires at least two years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work extended hours as needed. Weekend on-call rotation may be required to meet productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of related, progressively responsible experience.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities in a warehouse setting.
• Strong computer literacy with Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversee of warehouse associates, including hiring/terminating decisions.
• Monitor workflow and productivity; implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and DEA regulations as applicable.
• Manage receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and records of shipments.
• Coordinate with cage/vault staff for controlled substance handling.
