Job summary

Crew2, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Material Handler at our Minneapolis, MN warehouse to measure, cut, and stage carpet and pad for subcontractors' pickups the next day.

You will unload deliveries, keep the warehouse organized, and assist with inventory and paperwork. This onsite, full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 40–86 pounds with help, and a valid driver's license; forklift training and safety knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 40-86 pounds with assistance.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years old; background check and drug screen.
• Effective communication and teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and cut carpet and pad per customer order and prepare for installer pickup the following morning.
• Unload pad truck and deliveries, store product as instructed, following established systems and processes.
• Ensure warehouse and surrounding area is clean and organized at all times.
• Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely; completes forklift certification training.
• Organize information as directed for inventory control.
• Maintain knowledge of and follow our safety protocols, including incident response processes.
• Manage the used carpet/pad drop-off area, ensuring that it is neat and clean.
