Job summary

PBS Biotech, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate in Camarillo, CA to support the supply chain team. You will handle daily warehouse operations, material procurement, and logistics, working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Customer Service to meet business needs.

The role offers opportunities to grow within a growing life sciences company, with a collaborative team and a focus on improving processes and accuracy in inventory management.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, or related experience, preferably in a medical device or life sciences setting.
• Technical experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP, bar-code based transactions and RF Gun; experience with GSS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in daily warehouse operations for raw materials, components and finished goods.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor and Warehouse Lead; support shipping/receiving activities.
• Participate in kitting of production Work Orders for manufacturing support.
• Enter and maintain supply chain data in the ERP system (GSS, GS Mobile).
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Perform periodic inventory audits/cycle counts with Supply Chain or Finance.
• Maintain records and filing per procedures.
