Job summary

Race Communications is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee warehouse operations in Tehachapi, CA. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, shipping/receiving, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations or related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• English language skills required; Spanish beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Materials handling and inventory management: transport, inspect, store, and replenish materials.
• Shipping and receiving: pick, pack, ship, and process packages.
• Warehouse operations: maintain safe, clean environment; support quality improvements; guide staff.
• Administrative tasks: prepare reports, assist inventory control, operate work area systems.
• Sanitation and safety: assist with sanitation and follow safety training.
