Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and enter shipping, receiving, and inventory information accurately.
• Use WMS to process shipments and run stock reports.
• Prepare shipping and receiving paperwork and verify packing lists, purchase orders, and inventory counts.
• Track orders and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Communicate with customers about orders, shipments, inventory, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams and assist drivers at the check-in window.
• Answer calls and emails and maintain accurate records.
