Job summary

Insight seeks a Warehouse Associate for our Hanover Park, IL office. This fully onsite W2 role involves receiving, picking, packing, and quality checking products with accuracy and teamwork.

The position requires at least a high school education with 6 months of warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will operate RF scanners and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent with at least 6 months of warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of shipping, warehouse, and safety procedures and some computer experience.
• Ability to multitask and strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Verify contents of shipment compared to shipping documents while noting any discrepancies or damage.
• Operate computer terminal to enter receipts and printer to print labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners, verifying quantity and correct product.
• Select the right size of boxes and pack the product, send boxes onto the conveyor line to be quality checked in the upper mezzanine.
