Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, 3+ years in related engineering, and experience with machine vision tools such as HALCON, OpenCV, Python, and C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of engineering experience in a related discipline.
• Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain vision inspection systems for manufacturing.
• Refine inspection recipes, lighting, camera parameters, and limits.
• Troubleshoot vision system issues and reduce false rejects/escapes.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Analyze vision data to maintain validated state and support decisions.
• Lead validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ and change control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Automation, and Maintenance teams.
• Train operators and engineers on system setup and best practices.
