Job summary

Light Street Special Education Solutions, a division of LEARN Academy, seeks a Part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to work onsite in Vallejo, CA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
• Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ communication abilities.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech strategies into curricula.
• Contribute to IEP progress reviews and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and progress.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
• Provide trainings on assistive technology and communication strategies.
• Align therapy services with Least Restrictive Environment (LRE).
