Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Austin is seeking a Validation Lab Technician to join the onsite team. You will support post-silicon server CPU validation across PCIe, CXL, USB, and related systems, ensuring precise test execution and clear communication.

You will configure lab platforms, set up protocol analyzers, and collaborate with validation engineers to troubleshoot issues and report progress weekly. Strong hands-on skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with server CPU validation platforms.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Ubuntu and RedHat.
• Basic programming/scripting in C/C++, Python, or Perl.

Responsibilities

• Support server CPU post-silicon validation.
• Set up and configure lab platforms and components.
• Configure PCIe and CXL protocol analyzers for Gen1–Gen6 validation.
• Maintain lab computers and host systems.
• Perform weekly regression testing and report results.
