Job summary

Sago, a global research and data partner, seeks a Research Project Interviewer (RPI) for an on-site, part-time position in Baltimore. The role supports recruitment, informed consent, visits, IP handling, and study documentation with strong attention to protocol and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include interviewing for eligibility, obtaining consent, coordinating visits, inventory control of investigational products, and collaboration with the Clinical Project Management team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• College degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Experience in market research, clinical research, or a related field preferred.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to Detail and multitasking abilities are essential.
• On-site, part-time role with 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subject interviews to assess preliminary eligibility in accordance with study protocols and defined inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Explain study objectives, procedures, risks, and participant responsibilities clearly and professionally
• Obtain informed consent from eligible subjects prior to initiation of any study-related procedures
• Serve as a primary point of contact for enrolled subjects, addressing questions about participation, visits, and procedures
• Provide ongoing support to promote subject compliance, engagement, and retention throughout the study lifecycle
• Schedule, coordinate, and manage subject study visits in alignment with protocol-defined timelines and visit windows
• Confirm subject availability and provide visit reminders as needed
• Prepare visit materials and ensure all protocol-required assessments and procedures are completed accurately
• Maintain inventory control, accountability, and reconciliation of investigational products
• Receive, store, dispense, and return IP in accordance with study protocols and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with monitors and the Clinical Project Management team to support study success
• Assist in recruiting and scheduling site subjects via phone screening of potential participants
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience in market research, clinical research, or related field preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
