Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in building maintenance, utility maintenance or manufacturing.
• Experience with troubleshooting, process improvement, instrumentation calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Familiarity with Reliability Centered Maintenance, TPM and continuous improvement is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and practices safety and follows all safety guidelines.
• Ensures reliable utility supply to production lines (air compressors, water systems, HVAC, chillers, boilers).
• Develops and leads a routine preventive maintenance program; troubleshoots electrical/mechanical issues.
• Repairs and coordinates with vendors/contractors; orders parts and manages external help.
