Third Federal is seeking a customer-focused Universal Banker for our Sarasota, FL branch to serve customers across all banking products. You will work in a collaborative team, building meaningful customer relationships without pressure sales goals.

The role is full-time and onsite, with a comprehensive training program to ensure success from day one. Strong emphasis on customer service, accuracy, and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of recent retail bank teller experience or high-volume cash handling experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills and professional demeanor.
• Friendly, positive interpersonal skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a teller window and assist customers with transactions.
• Open depository accounts (checking, savings, CD, IRA).
• Identify and resolve customer issues proactively.
• Take equity line, loan, and mortgage applications.
• Carry a pipeline of loan applications through closing.
• Assist customers with banking transactions on-site or by phone.
• Work across all branch areas when needed.
