Piper Companies is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences for clients in Merrimack, NH and Smithfield, RI. The role emphasizes wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration across product and development teams.

You will design interfaces for web and mobile, build scalable design systems in Figma, and work in an Agile environment using Jira. A strong portfolio and excellent communication are essential for success in this onsite, full-time position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and completed design projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
• Experience working within Agile environments and utilizing Jira for project management and workflow tracking.
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and functionality.
• Utilize Figma to design, iterate, and maintain scalable design systems and shared component libraries.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user experience requirements.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve product experiences.
• Manage and track design tasks, requirements, and project progress within Jira.
• Ensure consistency across digital products while maintaining modern design standards and best practices.
