Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft engaging, responsive web experiences across multiple brands. The role emphasizes end-to-end design from wireframes to high-fidelity UI, with a focus on accessibility and WCAG best practices.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and brand teams to drive conversion-driven experiences. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in UI/UX design, a strong portfolio, and advanced Figma skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX or Product Design with a web focus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing visual design and UX problem-solving.
• Advanced Figma skills (components, auto layout, prototyping).
• Experience with responsive design, design systems, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Miami four days per week.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end web experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Work within and contribute to established design systems.
• Apply UX best practices, WCAG accessibility, and user-centered design.
• Partner with product, engineering, marketing, and brand teams.
• Use research, analytics, and testing insights to improve user experiences.
• Prepare design specifications and developer handoffs in Figma.
