TECHEAD is seeking an Information Systems Project Architect to lead the design and development of technology-based solutions for the Joint Training program in Suffolk, VA. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or computer science; MBA can be advantageous.
• 5 years with a master’s degree or 10 years with a bachelor’s degree in data design or IT strategy.
• Experience with DoD major systems or programs is required.
• Clearance: TS with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of technology-based solutions to solve business problems.
• Develop the overall technical vision and strategy after analyzing the current environment.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Select technology stacks considering scope, cost and time constraints.
• Create detailed project plans and manage budgets, schedules and resources.
• Identify risks and ensure solutions meet security, scalability and performance needs.
