Apex Systems seeks an experienced Information System Project Architect to support the Joint Staff J7 Joint Training DevSecOps pipeline in Suffolk, VA. You will design and implement enterprise technology solutions aligned with mission objectives, covering infrastructure, applications, cloud environments, and security-focused architectures.

The role requires an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and a track record of leading complex projects, driving modernization, and delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience; or Master's with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD experience: minimum 5 years in DoD programs, systems, or mission environments.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Experience developing enterprise IT strategies, architectures, and modernization initiatives.
• Proven success leading complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, documentation, and implementation of enterprise tech solutions addressing complex requirements.
• Develop high-level and detailed system architectures for infrastructure, applications, cloud, and DevSecOps.
• Oversee modernization, governance, and architectural standards across programs.
