Qualifications

• 2–4 years of teaching or training experience.
• Prior experience as Training Specialist or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong instructional and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Conduct safety and compliance training per company policies.
• Assess trainee knowledge and performance.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide coaching and feedback.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
