Horizon Solution Company is seeking a General Laborer to support site operations through manual tasks. The role involves keeping the worksite clean, operating basic power tools, and assisting tradespeople as needed.

The ideal candidate demonstrates physical endurance and reliability to handle demanding outdoor or indoor environments. The position requires readiness to perform strenuous tasks, follow safety rules, and work with a team to complete assignments efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (lifting, digging, standing).
• Strong attention to detail and safety adherence.
• Comfort with using power tools and basic machinery.
• Good teamwork and communication with onsite crew.
• Certifications or apprenticeship are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work environment and remove trash or debris.
• Assist onsite tradespeople such as welders, painters, and carpenters.
• Transport materials and equipment around the site.
• Operate power tools or basic industrial equipment.
• Set up cones and warning signs for safety and visibility.
• Assemble and dismantle temporary structures (scaffolding).
• Perform other manual tasks as directed by foreman or supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment needing repair.
