Atlas Copco Tools & Assembly Systems LLC is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage on-site operations at the customer facility in Hamtramck, MI. You will report to the Site Manager and serve as the essential link between our team and the customer, ensuring smooth, efficient site operations.

The role emphasizes urgency, clear communication, and technical oversight of tool installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on a 1st shift with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in a production environment with manufacturing automation, assembly tooling, or data collection systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to read and comprehend schematics. Proficiency in MS Office, networking, and database systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install and Optimize Tools: Set up new tools and adjust existing ones for maximum performance.
• Troubleshoot and Repair Tools: Diagnose, repair, and maintain Atlas Copco tools and equipment to ensure continued operation and performance.
• Perform Maintenance & Calibrations: Carry out preventative maintenance and ensure tools are calibrated and operating at peak efficiency.
• Communicate Effectively: Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, addressing their needs with professionalism and responsiveness.
