This on-site role oversees construction from notice-to-proceed to closeout, ensuring Air Force standards, project requirements, and regulatory compliance are met.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Civil/Structural/ME/EE or 10+ years DoD construction experience.
• Experience with construction observation, QC oversight, RFIs, and contract mod development.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site construction observation and monitor contractor performance.
• Track construction progress and identify schedule, cost, or quality concerns.
• Manage change requests and provide technical recommendations for modifications.
• Ensure activities comply with Air Force standards, requirements, and codes.
• Coordinate with Government personnel to resolve design issues and discrepancies.
• Prepare contract modification packages and cost analyses.
• Review schedules and evaluate performance against milestones.
• Conduct cost and schedule impact analyses for proposed changes.
