Qualifications

• 4-year electrical engineering degree or equivalent and 3+ years in a related field with mechanical engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment listed.
• Experience with EMI/RF/Analog/Digital circuits for test development.
• Experience with production test systems.
• Strong documentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with LabVIEW, C/C++, and programming fundamentals.
• Excellent communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in test projects, develop test processes and fixtures.
• Prepare and compile test reports with data analysis.
• Write test plans and procedures and train personnel.
• Set up and troubleshoot test systems and circuits.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to share knowledge and support new tests.
• Ensure compliance with quality system and Mil-Spec standards.
