The position requires a high school diploma and knowledge of teller procedures; basic banking product knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Teller and Operations procedures.
• Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office software.

Responsibilities

• Provide deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier's checks, wires, and related functions in person, by phone, or by mail.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Assist clients with inquiries and cross-sell bank products and services.
• Support Branch Manager and Sr. Regional Administrator with additional duties as assigned.
