Job summary

United Business Bank in Fountain, CO is seeking a Teller for an onsite role to handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other cash handling tasks. You will assist clients promptly and professionally, cross-sell bank products, and support daily operations at the branch.

The position requires a high school diploma and knowledge of teller procedures; basic banking product knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency are expected.

• Support Branch Manager and Sr. Regional Administrator with additional duties as assigned.

About The Position

The Teller is an onsite position and does not have remote opportunities

The Teller is responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions for clients in person, via phone, and through the mail, ATM and Night depository, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers checks, cash advances, stop payments, tax payments and wires. The Teller is responsible for balancing each days transactions and verifying cash totals. The Teller will assist clients promptly, courteously, efficiently and professionally and they also assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems. The Teller answers clients questions regarding the Banks products and services and they are also responsible for actively cross-selling the Banks products and services. The Teller might also perform other duties including signature verification, and remote deposit capture review. The Teller will also assist the Branch Manager and the Sr. Regional Branch Administrator with other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification

High school graduate or equivalent.

Required Knowledge

Knowledge of Teller and Operations procedures. Basic understanding of banking products, services and operations.

Experience Required

Abilities generally acquired on the job in 12 months.

Compensation

Hiring Salary Range: $15.16 to $17.00.

This compensation information is United Business Bank's good-faith estimate and is provided pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
