Job summary

KellyMitchell is seeking a Technician Support Specialist for a leading healthcare and life sciences provider in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on advanced technical support for multiple project teams, with emphasis on medical device testing, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration.

The successful candidate will apply analytical and hands-on QA skills to diagnose complex problems, manage multiple projects, and work with supervisors, engineers, and external vendors to drive testing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience with Instron testing equipment.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot advanced technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and set daily priorities.
• Excellent interface with supervisors, engineers and vendors.
• Experience working under strict protocol frameworks to develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support advanced technical testing workflows from concept through V&V to production deployment.
• Lead or mentor on selected technical activities as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional staff and external vendors.
• Perform risk reduction testing (RRT) and Verification & Validation (V&V) activities.
